Mountain View Safari Lodge - Private bush camp with private pool in Hoedspruit
Accommodation & Grounds
Each tent at Mountain View Safari Lodge offers a private pool, a terrace with mountain views, and an outdoor fireplace. The tents include a kitchenette with a toaster and fridge, a private bathroom with a shower, and a seating and dining area. Guests have access to a picnic area, sun terrace, and outdoor furniture, with a braai boma for cooking outdoors.
Wildlife & Activities
The lodge provides game drives, hiking, and walking tours to observe animals like giraffes and zebras roaming the reserve. Guests can self-guide on walking trails within the reserve, which is considered safe for exploration. The host offers daily check-ins and can assist with additional activity arrangements.
Location & Transport
Mountain View Safari Lodge is set in Hoedspruit, 14 km from Kinyonga Reptile Centre and 31 km from Drakensig Golf Club. Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport is 36 km away, and the lodge offers a paid airport shuttle service. The final 13 km to the lodge is unpaved gravel road, accessible by slow driving with a low-clearance car.
